Ok, so apparently my identity got stolen!
I had been getting these weird calls from what sounded like a solictor and I don't answer calls form people I don't know, and when they would leave a message, they wouldn't say what company they were calling from. They've called like 25 times in the last 3 weeks. With everything that's been going on, I couldn't deal with it anyway.
Well I listened to one message a couple days ago and they mentioned my Citi credit card, and I was like, "...Wah?" Because I haven't used the card in like 2 years!
So today I logged into the account, and it had a $1,500.00 balance! I was freaking out, I was like HOLY COW how did I spend $1500 and not notice or forgot about it!?
So I looked at the charges, and they weren't mine! $1,500.00 in charges made in FLORIDA at Walmart, 7-11 and the RACETRACK. Ok, obviously not me.
So I called the company, and they said they'd close the account, and take care of the fraud charges. I hope this also means all the late fees and finance charges too since there were only fees and charges because of the fraudlent charges... but she didn't actually say that so I am wary it's not over yet.
It also really irks me because I would think that those charges on my account would be a HUGE red flag to the company. A credit card is not used since 2005, and then suddently there are over $1,000 in charges made across the country from where the card holder lives? HELLO?
I am glad I canceled it, clearly, they are a bad company.
Ok, and here are some skinny pictures of me. I am wearing size 12 pants today. yay!
I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so wish me luck on that. :/
Oh, and here are some pictures of my sisters and I when we went camping and wakeboarding a few weeks ago. I feel like I look yucky in this picture. Do you like our matching shirts? I got them for my sisters because when Kristin and I go boating we are always screaming, "RELAX!" at the kids and then we sing the song, "RELAX, don't do it...!"
So I thought it was funny! lol
