SUCCESS! I am a BONA-FIDE CHERRY PIE BAKER!


Voila! Success! Baby cherry pies for my "man friend" YAY Aren't they pretty???

So you roll out the pie dough super thin, and then I used a cupcake liner to cut the pastry to the right size. then I cut a little triangle out of the circles so they fit better. Then I squished them into the pan.

Then I put the cherry filling in, with a little bit of flour so the runny part wouldn't leak out of the pie.

Then I made the lattice tops, which is super easy, popped them in the oven, and VOILA! All done.
